Pastor Richard D. Dover is the founder and TV Host of There is Hope TV and Radio Host of There is Hope Radio.

Richard has worked with individuals with addiction and many other issues for over 25 years. Some of the areas of ministry he has been involved in: small group overseer, jail & prison ministry, police chaplaincy, youth ministry, evangelism, community development, pastoral counseling, former Executive Director of Sober Living program, former Senior Pastor.
